"Cucarachas en los tanques de agua, goteras, pisos desportillados, techos destrozados, además de baños rotos y sin agua, esperan a los estudiantes de algunos colegios fiscales de la ciudad". En el caso anterior, ¿está bien utilizada la coma para separar el sujeto del predicado?

Respuesta: 

Sí, es correcta porque «además de baños rotos y sin agua» es un inciso que debe ir entre comas.
