Respuesta: 

Ambas frases son correctas. Cuando el gerundio forma parte de una perífrasis verbal los pronombres personales átonos pueden colocarse antes del verbo auxiliar o posponerse al gerundio. Cuando es una forma simple se posponen. Gritándome, me atemorizó Estaba gritándome y me atemorizó. Me estaba gritando y me atemorizó.
