Me gustaría saber cual es la concordancia verbal correcta:"El 75% de los jóvenes que CONSUME drogas" o "El 75% de los jóvenes que CONSUMEN drogas".Gracias

Respuesta: 

Ambas posibilidades son admisibles, aunque lo más habitual es la concordancia en plural para estos casos de cuantificador + de + sustantivo plural. Así que puede utilizar tanto «El 75 % de los jóvenes que consume drogas...» como «El 75 % de los jóvenes que consumen drogas...». Use la segunda si desea ir más acorde con el uso y con la norma.
