Quisiera saber si feliz lleva tilde

Respuesta: 

La regla de acentuación en español dice que las palabras agudas terminadas en vocal, n, s llevan tilde. Por tanto, feliz, palabra aguda terminada en consonante distinta de n y s, no debe llevar tilde o acento ortográfico.
