Necesito saber si se dice "por medio de nosotros" o "por medio nuestro", "por medio de ti" o "por medio tuyo".Gracias.

Respuesta: 

La preposición no es prescindible, puesto que forma parte de la locución preposicional «por medio de», luego: por medio de María; por medio de mí, por medio de ti, por medio de él, por medio de nosotros, etc.
