Buenas tardes. ¿Es el término "abusón, abusona" un aumentativo? ¿Al ser la raíz un verbo (abusar) con la terminación "on" se convierte en qué tipo de palabra?Gracias.

Respuesta: 

Los sufijos aumentativos se usan a veces con sentido peyorativo y este es el caso de los adjetivos «abusón, abusona», «matón, matona», «mandón, mandona», etc. que implican no solo que cometen el acto del verbo del que derivan, sino que son propensos a cometerlos, que es una característica de ellos. Se usan, además, como insulto, por ese matiz despectivo que tienen: «No quiero jugar con Juan, es un abusón», «María es tan mandona que sus compañeras huyen cuando la ven llegar».
