La pregunta que tengo es sobre el uso del prefijo “extra”, específicamente el uso con una palabra que comienza con la letra misma, por ejemplo, “alto”. ¿Es correcto escribirlo “extraalto”, con las dos “a”s juntos? ¿Hay acento? ¿Y cuáles son las reglas por otros incidentes similares con consonantes, como “super” y “rápido” (“superrápido”)?
