¿es correcto utilizar este tratamiento para dirigirme al alcalde de un ayuntamiento?

Respuesta: 

Se trata de un tema de protocolo y no de lengua. Y también de regiones: no hay una forma de dirigirse a un alcalde que sea común a todos los países castellanohablantes.
