¿Como llego al U a ser muda en palabras como que, juguete? Es la pregunta que a los 7 años el hijo me ha hechom ne ayudan?

Respuesta: 

Para representar delante de "e" y de "i" el mismo sonido que la "g" representa delante de "a" (garra), de "o" (gorro) o de "u" (gusto), la ortografía prevé que se escriba "gu" (guerra, guisante) porque la "g" sola delante de "e" o de "i" representa otro sonido, según la misma ortografía (general, gigante).
