Respuesta: 

«Visto bueno» es una construcción sustantivada, constituida por un participio irregular —visto— que desempeña el papel de sustantivo, y un adjetivo —bueno—, que califica al sustantivo. El plural del tipo de construcciones se realiza pluralizando ambos términos: «vistos buenos». Como, por ejemplo, también en: «título lucrativo - títulos lucrativos»; «cuenta corriente - cuentas corrientes»; «valor añadido - valores añadidos».
