Por favor, ¿cómo se puede distinguir el uso desde el o desde hace? Por ejemplo, desde hace tres días o desde el lunes, ¿cuándo se debe utilizar cada una de ellas? ¿Hay una regla gramatical?

Respuesta: 

Aquí dos ejemplos para que pueda ver el uso de la preposición desde, que dependerá de la expresión de tiempo que consideremos: puntual o más abarcativa. Ejemplos: desde el lunes/la semana pasada/el año 1980/ desde mi casa/desde Buenos Aires (puntual); desde hace tres días, desde hace cuatro años (más abarcativa).
