Fuere es el futuro del modo subjuntivo, tiempo que en el español de hoy se utiliza apenas en frases hechas o en lenguaje juridicoadministrativo.Fuese o fuera corresponden al imperfecto del subjuntivo y reemplazan en la actulidad el uso del futuro de ese modo. El futuro de subjuntivo también se ve reemplazdo por el presente de indicativo o de subjuntivo. Así, por ejemplo:Si decidieres venir... = si decidieras venir...; si decides venir...El que cometiere delito de... = el que cometa delito de...
