Con frecuencia traduzco del francés al español y siempre que se trata de textos legales, los números se escriben tanto en cifras como en letras. En el caso del francés, se escribe primero el número en letra y después entre paréntesis la cifra. ¿En español es igual o al revés?

Respuesta: 

En caso de que haya que escribir el número tanto en cifras como en letras, lo normal es escribir primero el número en cifras y, entre paréntesis, en letras.
