Palabra sobre la que consulta:

Consulta: 

Quisiera aclarar el uso de los términos gerencial ygerenciar. Los he visto en muchos textos y me gustaríasaber si son correctos. Para mí, es imprescindible aclarar esta duda, por cuanto estoy trabajando en mi tesis de Maestría, la cual trata el tema de la gerencia y no me gustaría incluirlos desconociendo si la RAE recomienda su uso.

Si usted desea saber la opinión de la Academia con respectoal uso de esos términos, le sugerimos dirigirse a esa institución (www.rae.es).En el Diccionario de la RAE figuran gerente,-ta, gerencia. De este último, se derivan el verbo gerenciar y el adjetivo gerencial, todos términos de amplio uso en el ámbito empresarial, sobre todo en Hispanoamérica. Consideramos que los términos son completamente adecuados.
