Respuesta: 

En expresiones partitivas del tipo «cuantificador en singular + de + sustantivo en plural» la concordancia verbal puede hacerse en singular o en plural, dependiendo de si se considera el cuantificador o el sustantivo en plural el núcleo del sujeto. Así en el caso de su consulta, ambas formas son adecuadas.
