En una gramática encontré que los adverbios son invariables, pero ¿y poco-poca-pocos-pocas? ¿Y otros similares?

Respuesta: 

En efecto, los adverbios son invariables en género y número, pero hay adverbios que pueden funcionar como adjetivos, en ese caso varían en género y número, como por ejemplo: poco, mucho, demasiado, cierto...Ejemplos:En su empleo gana poco, por eso se redondea el sueldo con el taxi. (Adverbio).Hay pocas personas interesadas en el espectáculo. (Adjetivo).Me gustan mucho los mangos. (Adverbio).Esa industria produce muchos residuos tóxicos. (Adjetivo).
