¿Cuál oración es correcta? -Me duele la cabeza y la espalda. Me duelen la cabeza y la espalda. Quisera me explicara la razón porque tengo entendido que doler se usa como gustar,pero en un libro encontré escrita la primera oración.

Respuesta: 

En efecto, las construcciones sintácticas usadas habitualmente para expresar gustos y dolores son iguales: A mí me duele la cabeza a menudo. A mí me duelen la cabeza y la espalda a menudo.
