¿Qué es más correcto: «confirmar vuestra asistencia» o «confirmad vuestra asistencia» o ambas. Se trata de una invitación de boda.

Respuesta: 

La forma gramaticalmente correcta es confirmad vuestra asistencia. Las formas de imperativo de segunda persona del plural (vosotros) se forman sustituyendo la r del verbo en infinitivo por una d: confirmad, volved, escribid, comed, amad, etc. En el habla coloquial se tiende a emplear el infinitivo con valor imperativo en el caso de vosotros, pero tal uso es censurable en el lenguaje esmerado. Lo correcto y más recomendable es que escriba confirmad vuestra asistencia en sus invitaciones.
