Quisiera saber de cuál es la forma adecuada: «una empresa del Grupo Carlés» o «una empresa del grupo carlés».

Respuesta: 

Grupo Carlés es una marca corporativa que desarrolla diferentes unidades de negocios, por lo tanto, deberá escribirse con mayúscula como todo nombre propio.
