¿Es incorrecto decir: «Es “demasiado probable” que el año que viene sea subdirectora»?

Respuesta: 

La expresión no es apropiada. Demasiado denota ‘en exceso’; y probable indica que un evento puede ocurrir. Como estadísticamente la probabilidad de ocurrencia de un evento oscila entre 0 (0% de ocurrencia) y 1 (100% de ocurrencia), se podrá decir a lo sumo que el evento es muy probable, pero no demasiado, puesto que no puede ser más probable que su límite.
