La regla dice que el femenino de los nominativos terminados en ‘ente’ lo determina el artículo; sin embargo, desde España hasta Latinoamérica se oye y lee ‘presidenta’, mas no así estudianta, dirigenta, intendenta, etc. ¿Se acepta por uso este forma o sigue siendo una distorsión del idioma?

Respuesta: 

Los femeninos presidenta e intendenta están registrados en el DRAE desde 1803.
