Respuesta: 

Deber + infinitivo implica certeza. Deber + de + infinitivo significa probabilidad o suposición. No obstante, la normativa actual acepta el uso sin preposición también en este caso.La oración de la consulta no debe llevar preposición porque está enunciando certeza [falta una coma después de cosas para señalar la omisión del verbo ser].
