¿Cómo se escribe el 31 de cada mes en letras?

Respuesta: 

A partir de treinta, todos los cardinales complejos se escriben habitualmente en varias palabras (por coordinación o yuxtaposición: treinta y uno; ciento diez), pero es asimismo válido, sobre todo en América, usar grafías univerbales (treintaiuno). Sin embargo, el uso mayoritario es, insistimos, pluriverbal:treinta y uno.
