Asumiendo que LL y CH son letras del español, ¿les aplica la norma de las mayúsculas al inicio de las oraciones? En otras palabras, lo correcto en inicio de frase es "LLuvia" o "Lluvia", "CHepa" o "Chepa".

Respuesta: 

Solo se escribe en mayúscula la primera letra: Lluvia, Chepa.
