Quisiera saber si el plural de la palabra tóner es tóneres, siguiendo la norma de la grámatica española para las palabras terminadas en -r.

Respuesta: 

Exactamente: «tóneres». Seguramente le será de interés leer el Diccionario panhispánico de dudas en este punto.
