El texto dice: «El contrato fue adjudicado a la compañía XYZ para apoyar en los trabajos de construcción del dique...».Mi consulta es si es correcto o si se debe decir: «El contrato fue adjudicado a la compañía XYZ para apoyarlos trabajos de construcción del dique...». ¿Se dice apoyar en los trabajos o apoyar los trabajos o brindar apoyo en los trabajos?

Respuesta: 

En el enunciado de su consulta, apoyar está empleado en el sentido de sustentar, respaldar, ayudar, caso en el que no requiere el uso de la preposición: apoyar los trabajos.
