¿Es o no correcto utilizar la primera letra en mayúscula en una lista numerada de palabras?

Respuesta: 

Si la relación está compuesta de enunciados completos cerrados con punto, cada uno de ellos comenzará con mayúscula. Si cada uno de los miembros termina en coma, punto y coma o sin signo de puntuación, comenzarán con minúscula. El mismo criterio se aplica si los números son sustituidos por letras, rayas o topos.
