Mi pregunta es, se pueden tildar los apellidos. EN una comunidad de Centro américa, no existen apellidos, sino que se usan nombres como apellidos, por ejemplo Juan, algunos lo escriben con tilde otros no, ¿cuál debe ser la forma de escribir este nombre? Juan o Juán.

Respuesta: 

Los apellidos españoles siguen las reglas de acentuación de las palabras en español. Juan no lleva tilde porque es un monosílabo.
