¿Cuál es la forma válida del verbo y cómo se conjuga?

Respuesta: 

Se documentan ambos verbos, pero liderar aparece con abrumadora mayoría y es el único que tiene registro en los diccionarios. Liderar se conjuga: yo lidero, tú lideras/vos liderás, él lidera, nosotros lideramos, vosotros lideráis, ellos lideran; etc. (ver www.rae.es). Liderear se conjuga: yo lidereo, tú lidereas/vos lidereás, él liderea, nosotros lidereamos, vosotros lidereáis, ellos liderean; etcétera.
