La regla para saber cuándo usar la preposición de y no incurrir en queísmos o dequeísmos es hacer la pregunta que pueda tener como respuesta la oración que desea verificar.¿De qué se habló? Se habló de que debíamos trabajar más. (No "se habló que debíamos trabajar más").¿Qué se dijo? Se dijo que debíamos trabajar más. (No "se dijo de que debíamos trabajar más).Hablar es un verbo intransitivo. No se habla algo, sino de algo. Por tanto, se habló de que saldríamos de paseo.El verbo hablar suele generar confusión porque en el habla se usa muchas veces como transitivo, pero este uso debe evitarse en el habla esmerada y en el lenguaje escrito.
