¿Cuáles son las reglas del correcto uso de de que?

Respuesta: 

Una forma práctica de reconocer cuándo se debe anteponer la preposición de es transformar la oración en interrogativa o sustituir la proposición subordinada por eso. Por ejemplo:Tengo la convicción de que lo aprenderás >> ¿De qué tengo la convicción? ( No se puede responder *Tengo la convicción eso, sino Tengo la convicción de eso). Otro ejemplo:Me alegro de que vengas.>> ¿De qué me alegro? (No se puede responder *Me alegro eso, sino Me alegro de eso). Pero note, en cambio, que en Me alegra que vengas, el razonamiento es: ¿Qué me alegra? Me alegra eso y no *Me alegra de eso.
