¿Cómo se dice«mi lindo Monterrey» o «mi linda Monterrey»?

Respuesta: 

La asignación del género a las ciudades depende, en general, de su terminación, pero se observan muchas vacilaciones. Las que terminan en  -a suelen concordar en femenino; las que terminan en otra vocal o en consonante habitualmente lo hacen en masculino, pero, por influjo del género de ciudad, todas pueden hacerlo en femenino. De manera que ambas concordancias son válidas: Mi lindo/mi linda Monterrey.
