Querría saber si el gerundio remarcando está bien utilizado ya que en un comentario de texto me sustituyeron esta palabra por incidiendo exponiendo que era un galicismo gracias. Pongo el ejemplo de la frase que utilicé: Remarcando claramente la ley del Código Penal...

Respuesta: 

En efecto, remarcar es un verbo proveniente del francés, cuyo uso es considerado aceptable en todo el mundo hispanohablante. No se debe confundir con remarcable,que se recomienda evitar. Puede usted citar como fuente el Diccionario panhispánico de dudas.
