He comprobado que no existe la palabra Prácticum en lengua castellana, al menos no está registrada como correcta en el DRAE (Diccionario de la Real Academia Española).Tampoco sale ninguna referencia en el DPD (Diccionario Panhispánico de Dudas) a pesar de que su uso esté bastante extendido coloquialmente. Lo he buscado con la tilde y también sin ella y no aparece nada, ¿cómo debería escribir correctamente la frase: «Este texto no informa de lo que es el Prácticum»?

Respuesta: 

A pesar de no estar registrada en los diccionarios generales, su uso se ha asentado en algunas zonas con la grafía castellanizada «prácticum». Note que el término es un sustantivo común, no es escribe, por tanto, en mayúscula. En otras zonas se prefiere el uso de pasantía, prácticas/período de prácticas o práctico.
