Puede llevar tilde o no, depende del tiempo verbal. "Si programara una visita, yo iría". En este caso, se trata de un pretérito imperfecto de subjuntivo y no lleva tilde, puesto que se pronuncia como palabra grave. En cambio, en "María programará una fiesta" se trata del futuro simple de indicativo y lleva tilde.
