Me gustaría saber si es correcto decir «necesitas de» seguido de cualquier sustantivo. Necesitas de miradas. Necesitas de velas. Necesitas de pisadas.

Respuesta: 
Sí, es correcto. El verbo necesitar puede emplearse también como intransitivo, en cuyo caso la cosa necesitada aparece introducida por un complemento con de: Realmente no necesitamos esa clase de clientes/de esa clase de clientes. Va a necesitar sus servicios profesionales/de sus servicios profesionales. Te necesito./ Necesito de ti.

Por el contrario, se usa solo como transitivo si el complemento es un verbo o una oración subordinada: Necesitábamos compartir nuestra alegría con vosotros. Julio necesita que le des toda la información posible.
