Respuesta: 

Ambas son adecuadas. En las perífrasis verbales, como «poder + infinitivo», «deber + infinitivo», «estar + gerundio», la oración pasiva refleja alterna con la impersonal con se: 1. Se podría buscar soluciones. (Impersonal con se, verbo auxiliar en 3.ª persona del singular, en concordancia con la subordinada buscar soluciones). 2. Se podrían buscar soluciones. (Pasiva refleja con se, verbo auxiliar en concordancia con el sujeto paciente soluciones).
