Consulta: 

Estoy haciendo una formación en lengua española, y en la pizarra escribimos la fecha del seguiente modo. El miércoles, 10 de mayo de 2013. Quiero saber si está correcto, o si apenas se escribe miércoles, 10 de mayo de 2013.

Respuesta: 

El artículo es innecesario, y el día debe escribirse en mayúscula por ser la primera palabra del enunciado: Viernes, 10 de mayo de 2013; si no lo fuera, se escribiría con minúscula inicial: Hoy es viernes, 10 de mayo de 2013.
