Respuesta: 

Ambas formas son adecuadas, si se toma el cuantificador como núcleo del sujeto, la concordancia se hará en singular; si se toma como núcleo el sustantivo que especifica el tipo de elemento referido por el cuantificador, la concordancia será en pliral. En el español actual se observa una mayor frcuencia de esta última concordancia.
